A piece of work life.. not in a good mood

Yeah.. I dont like to tell people about their responsibilities. Because im not their boss nor manager. Im working here and they either. We have our specific responsibilities and our standards responsibilities. Standard responsibilities, when we have to do it as everybody else does in this work place, such as come to office every working days, do our work, we can find each other easily and help each other because we are in the same office. But what happen to you as a employee, i really have no idea. Why is so difficult to do even the standard responsibilities? At least dont get others into troubles just because we need to cover them when they do unresponsible things. And the worst thing is when they never do some effort for make it better. Its not good because when something wrong, boss will not only scold them but boss will also scold us -.-'
